  • A Pavlova its a meringue, crunchy on the outside marshmallowy on the inside. Covered in fresh fruits and whipped cream.

  • We have a variety of whipped creams: classic, passion fruit, strawberry, lime, mango, pink grapefruit, espresso and pumpkin and peaches.

    You can choose your toppings only for pavlova cakes, we have: strawberry, blueberry, mango, peaches, kiwi and raspberry.

    We can add chocolate if you want.

  • On this website go to ORDER and submit your form. Choose your product or build your Pavlova, if you need help please send us a message via Instagram. Once you submit your order, you´ll receive a confirrmation email and a confirmation text on your cellphone.

  • We use egg whites, sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, whipped cream and fruits. We use stabilizers, glitter, edible gold decorations, we can add chocolate and dry freeze fruit.

  • -Individual pavlovas box of 6 pcs.

    -Mini: size 7” and serves 3-4 people.

    -Small: size 9” and serves 6-8 people.

    -Big: size 12” and serves 10-12 people.

  • At least one day before, no later than 2:00 p.m.

  • Not all Pavlovas are Gluten Free. Make sure you see the letters GF next to the name of the product you want to order.

    Chocolate shavings may contain soy, let me know if you want your order without them.

  • Pavlovas will be crunchy for two days in the fridge.

    But the first day, is always, the best.

  • We have free delivery for Burlington and Oakville.

    Hamilton pick-up available at IKEA Burlington.

  • Totally!!!, Just keep it in the box and in the fridge. But, it will always be better the same day.

  • Unfortunately, not at this moment.

  • This can’t be done, they are VERY fragile and need refrigeration at all times.

  • Handle with care and keep your Pavlova cool at all times.

    Place it in the fridge as soon as you get home.

    I you are driving with your Pavlova, place it in a secure place and keep it cool. preferably inside an insulated bag.
